iOS Privacy Policy
streak・リワード広告について / Streaks and rewarded ads
1. 適用範囲
本ポリシーはiOS版「シンプル自作英単語帳」に適用されます。Android版には別のポリシーが適用されます。
This policy applies to the iOS edition of My Wordbook. The Android edition is governed by a separate policy.
2. 端末内データ
リスト名、言語ペア、単語、訳、チェック状態、例文、設定等を端末内に保存します。端末backupや同期がOS設定により行われる場合があります。
List names, language pairs, terms, meanings, learning states, example sentences, and settings are stored on-device. The OS may back up or synchronize this data according to device settings.
3. サーバー翻訳
入力単語と翻訳元・先言語をAWS API Gateway/Lambda上の開発者backendへ送り、backendはGoogle Cloud Translationへ送信します。原文、訳文、言語、request ID、処理結果等をBigQueryへ保存します。API Gateway/Lambda logの現行保持期間は14日です。障害時には入力単語とerrorをSlackへ送信する場合があります。
Entered words and source/target languages are sent to the Developer backend on AWS API Gateway/Lambda and then to Google Cloud Translation. Original and translated text, languages, request ID, and results are stored in BigQuery. API Gateway/Lambda logs are currently retained for 14 days. On failures, the word and error may be sent to Slack.
4. AI例文生成
選択した最大20組の単語と訳および言語ペアを開発者backendへ送り、backendはOpenAIへ送信します。生成内容には誤りや不自然さがあり得ます。障害時には単語pairとerrorをSlackへ送信する場合があります。
Up to 20 selected word-and-meaning pairs and their language pair are sent to the Developer backend and then to OpenAI. Output may be inaccurate or unnatural. On failures, word pairs and errors may be sent to Slack.
5. Firebase Analytics
画面閲覧、ボタン操作、アプリ・端末情報等を分析します。開発者定義のcustom eventへ単語、訳、例文、検索語、リスト名を送りません。Googleがその方針に従って処理します。
Firebase Analytics processes screen views, button actions, and app/device information. Developer-defined custom events do not contain terms, meanings, examples, search queries, or list names. Google processes this data under its policies.
6. Web検索・読み上げ
ユーザーがWeb検索を選んだ場合だけ検索語を外部browserまたは検索providerへ渡します。読み上げはOSの機能を使用し、providerによってtextやtechnical informationを外部処理する場合があります。
Only when the user chooses web search is the query passed to an external browser or search provider. Speech uses OS services, which may process text or technical information externally.
7. 商品紹介の終了と旧版の取り扱い
Amazonの商品紹介を削除した更新版では、旧商品の情報取得、紹介表示、商品リンクの操作に関する分析イベントの送信を行いません。任意のリワード広告については、第10項で説明します。更新版の起動時に、端末に保存された旧商品のキャッシュを削除します。単語や学習履歴は削除しません。
The update that removes Amazon product recommendations does not fetch the old catalog, display those recommendations, or send product-link analytics events. Optional rewarded ads are described in Section 10. It removes the old catalog cache at startup, preserving vocabulary and learning history.
旧版では、キャッシュの期限が切れて配信停止を取得するまで、商品紹介が残る場合があります。旧版のAmazonアソシエイトリンクを開くと、紹介料判定用IDなどのリンク情報がAmazonに渡ります。AmazonはIPアドレス、端末・ブラウザ情報、Cookie等をAmazonのプライバシー規約に従って取り扱います。単語・訳・クイズの回答内容はリンクに付加しません。
Older versions may retain recommendations until the cache expires and the discontinued catalog is fetched. Opening an old Amazon affiliate link passes link information such as the referral ID to Amazon. Amazon processes IP addresses, device/browser information and cookies under its Privacy Notice. Vocabulary, translations and quiz answers are not added to the links.
旧版で教材紹介を開いた場合、商品ID・掲載場所・カタログの版・リンクを開けたかどうかをFirebase Analyticsへ送信する場合があります。単語・訳・例文・回答内容は含みません。商品配信停止を確認する旧版からのサーバーアクセスについては、IPアドレスやアプリの種類などをアクセスログに記録し、現在の保持期間は14日です。
Older versions may send product IDs, placements, catalog revisions and link-opening results to Firebase Analytics when recommendations are used. They do not include vocabulary, meanings, examples or quiz answers. Server requests by older versions checking the retired catalog are logged with IP addresses and app-type information. The current access-log retention period is 14 days.
8. 利用目的・保持・削除・安全管理
データは機能提供、品質改善、利用分析、障害調査、不正防止に利用します。BigQuery翻訳記録にはcode上の固定自動削除期間がなく、運用上必要な期間保持し、不要となれば削除します。provider側の保持は各providerの方針に従います。server dataの削除相談は連絡先で受け付けますが、アカウントがないため匿名記録を特定できない場合があります。合理的な安全管理を行いますが絶対的な安全は保証しません。
Data is used to provide features, improve quality, analyze usage, investigate incidents, and prevent abuse. BigQuery translation records have no fixed code-enforced deletion period; they are retained as operationally necessary and deleted when no longer needed. Provider retention follows each provider's policy. Server-data deletion requests are accepted at the contact above, though anonymous records may not be identifiable because there is no account. Reasonable safeguards are used, but absolute security is not guaranteed.
9. 子ども・変更・問い合わせ

10. 任意のリワード広告とstreak
端末に保存する情報
学習日、保護した日、記録に使うタイムゾーン、継続日数、過去の最高記録、復旧提案を辞退した状態を端末内に保存します。広告の特典については、獲得記録の識別子、対象期間、保存状態も保持し、保存の再試行や重複付与の防止に使います。端末のバックアップや同期はOSの設定に従います。
The app stores learning dates, protected dates, the time zone used for records, streak lengths, personal records, and declined recovery offers on-device. Reward record identifiers, the affected gap, and save status are also stored to retry saving and prevent duplicate rewards. Device backup and synchronization follow OS settings.
利用状況の分析
機能の改善と不具合の調査のため、streak画面・カレンダーの閲覧、復旧提案の表示・選択・辞退、広告の要求・読み込み・表示・クリック・特典獲得・終了・中断・エラー、復旧と保存の結果をFirebase Analyticsに送信します。継続日数や未学習の日数、処理時間、エラーコード、テスト広告か通常広告かなどを含みます。これらの開発者定義イベントには、単語・訳・回答内容・リスト名、具体的な学習日付、特典獲得記録の識別子を含めません。
To improve features and investigate problems, Firebase Analytics receives streak and calendar views; recovery offers, choices, and declines; ad requests, loads, displays, clicks, rewards, closes, cancellations, and errors; and restoration and save results. These events include streak and gap day counts, processing times, error codes, and whether ads are test or live ads. These developer-defined events do not include vocabulary, translations, answers, list names, specific learning dates, or reward record identifiers.
Google AdMobによる広告配信
streakが途切れた場合、Google AdMobのリワード広告を任意で視聴して記録を継続できます。Google Mobile Ads SDKは、IPアドレスとそこから推定するおおまかな地域、端末・アプリの識別情報、広告の表示・操作情報、クラッシュなどの診断・性能情報を処理する場合があります。広告配信、効果測定、分析、不正防止などに使われます。利用される識別情報は、OSの許可や設定などによって異なります。本アプリは単語・訳・クイズの回答内容を広告リクエストに付加しません。
After a streak breaks, you may choose to watch a Google AdMob rewarded ad to continue it. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may process IP addresses and approximate location inferred from them, device and app identifiers, ad views and interactions, and diagnostics and performance information such as crash data. Uses include ad delivery, measurement, analytics, and fraud prevention. The identifiers available depend on OS permissions and settings, among other factors. The app does not add vocabulary, translations, or quiz answers to ad requests.
広告リクエストには非パーソナライズ広告を指定します。ただし、非パーソナライズ広告でも、表示回数の制限、広告の集計、不正防止などのために識別情報や端末上の保存領域が使われる場合があります。データが一切収集されないという意味ではありません。
Ad requests specify non-personalized ads. Non-personalized ads may still use identifiers and on-device storage for purposes such as frequency limits, reporting, and fraud prevention. This does not mean that no data is collected.
同意とプライバシー設定
Googleの同意管理SDK（UMP）は起動時と広告視聴前に同意状態を確認します。地域やGoogle側の設定に応じて必要な同意画面を広告の前に表示し、SDKが広告リクエストを許可する状態でのみ配信を要求します。プライバシー設定の変更手段が必要な場合は、アプリの設定画面に「広告のプライバシー設定」を表示します。
Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) checks consent status at launch and before ad viewing. Required consent forms are presented before ads according to region and Google-side configuration. The app requests ads only when the SDK permits it. Where a privacy-options entry point is required, the app shows “Ad privacy choices” in Settings.
広告視聴を選ばなくても、単語帳やクイズなどの通常の学習機能は利用できます。ただし、起動時の同意状態の確認や、第5項のFirebase Analyticsによる利用状況の分析は、広告視聴の選択とは別に行われます。
Normal wordbook and quiz features remain available without watching ads. However, launch-time consent checks and the Firebase Analytics processing described in Section 5 occur separately from the choice to watch an ad.
