streak・リワード広告について / Streaks and rewarded ads
1. 適用と同意
本規約はiOS版に適用されます。利用開始により本規約とiOS版プライバシーポリシーに同意したものとみなします。
These terms apply to the iOS edition. By using the app, you agree to these terms and the iOS Privacy Policy.
2. 機能とデータ
単語帳データは主に端末内に保存されます。端末backup、同期、機種変更時の移行はOS設定とユーザーの責任です。アンインストールや端末故障で失われる場合があります。
Wordbook data is primarily stored on-device. Backup, synchronization, and migration depend on OS settings and are the user's responsibility. Data may be lost through uninstall or device failure.
3. 翻訳・AI
翻訳およびAI例文生成には通信を使用します。翻訳とAI出力の正確性、完全性、自然さを保証しません。学業、業務、契約、医療等の重要用途では別の信頼できる情報源で確認してください。
Translation and AI example generation use network services. Translation and AI output are not guaranteed accurate, complete, or natural. Verify important academic, professional, contractual, medical, or similar use with other reliable sources.
4. 第三者サービスと提供停止
Google Cloud Translation、OpenAI、Firebase、Google AdMob、Googleの同意管理SDK（UMP）、AWS、Slack、外部ブラウザ、検索サービス、読み上げサービス等に依存します。API quota、credit不足、障害、通信、仕様・規約変更等で機能が停止・制限される場合があります。永続提供、無停止、無誤謬、特定目的への適合を保証しません。
The app depends on Google Cloud Translation, OpenAI, Firebase, Google AdMob, Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP), AWS, Slack, external browsers, search services, and TTS providers. Features may stop or be limited by quotas, insufficient credits, outages, connectivity, or specification/policy changes. Continuous, uninterrupted, error-free operation or fitness for a particular purpose is not guaranteed.
5. 禁止事項
- 法令または第三者の権利を侵害する行為
- 不正access、認証回避、脆弱性の悪用
- 過剰な自動request、service妨害、過度な負荷
- 適用法で許される範囲を超えるreverse engineering
Users must not violate laws or third-party rights; gain unauthorized access, bypass authentication, or exploit vulnerabilities; send excessive automated requests or disrupt the service; or reverse engineer beyond applicable law.
6. 外部サービス・旧版の商品紹介
商品紹介を削除した更新版には、Amazonアソシエイトリンクを掲載しません。検索や問い合わせなどで外部サイトを開く場合、移動先のサービスの規約とプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。将来、有料機能を提供する場合は、その条件をアプリ内またはApp Storeで明示します。
The update that removes product recommendations does not display Amazon affiliate links. External sites opened for searches or support are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Any future paid features will disclose their terms in the app or on the App Store.
旧版には、端末に保存された商品紹介やリンクが一時的に残る場合があります。旧版の商品リンクを通じた購入には紹介料が発生することがあります。購入は任意であり、学習機能の利用条件ではありません。注文・支払い・配送・返品等は購入先の条件に従い、お問い合わせは購入先へお願いします。本アプリ内では商品の注文・決済を行いません。本条は第8条の適用法上の責任を免除するものではありません。
Older versions may temporarily retain cached recommendations and links. Purchases through those links may generate referral fees. Purchases are optional and are not required to use learning features. Orders, payment, shipping and returns are governed by the retailer's terms; please contact the retailer about them. This app does not process product orders or payments. This section does not waive liability under applicable law as described in Section 8.
7. 知的財産・変更・終了
アプリ、design、program、文章等の権利は提供者または正当な権利者に帰属します。ユーザー入力の権利はユーザーまたは正当な権利者に留保されます。アプリ・規約を変更し、またはserviceを終了する場合があります。
Rights in the app, design, software, and text belong to the provider or lawful owners. Rights in user input remain with the user or lawful owner. The app and terms may change, and service may end.
8. 責任制限・年齢
責任は、故意・重大な過失や適用される消費者保護法が別途定める場合を除き、適用法で許される範囲に限定されます。本アプリは13歳未満を対象としていません。
Liability is limited only as permitted by applicable law, without excluding intent, gross negligence, or non-waivable consumer protections. The app is not directed to children under 13.
9. 準拠法・管轄・問い合わせ
日本法に準拠します。強行法規が別途定める場合を除き、東京地方裁判所を第一審の合意管轄とします。問い合わせ: shiba6v2 (at) gmail.com

10. streakと任意のリワード広告
クイズに回答して自己評価を完了した日を学習日として記録します。スキップした問題や、不適切として除外した問題は対象になりません。streak（学習の継続記録）が途切れた場合は、広告1本の視聴を完了して、画面に表示された未学習の期間を保護し、記録を継続するか選べます。保護した日は学習日数に加算しません。
A day counts as a learning day after you answer a quiz question and complete its self-rating. Skipped questions and questions excluded as inappropriate do not count. When your streak breaks, you may complete one rewarded ad to protect the gap shown on screen and continue your streak. Protected days do not add to your learning-day count.
広告視聴は任意です。広告を見る前に、必要な操作と復旧する期間を画面に表示します。広告を見ずに新しく始めたり、視聴を途中でやめたりしても、単語帳・クイズなどの通常機能は利用できます。特典を受け取るために、広告のクリック、商品の購入、他のアプリのインストールをする必要はありません。
Watching an ad is optional. The required action and the gap to be restored are shown before the ad. You can start fresh without an ad or stop watching and still use normal wordbook and quiz features. You do not need to click an ad, buy a product, or install another app to receive the reward.
広告SDKから視聴完了による特典獲得の通知を受けた時点で、本アプリの提供者がstreakを復旧します。広告を閉じるだけでは特典は発生しません。特典獲得前に視聴を終了した場合や、通信・同意設定・広告在庫などの理由で広告を配信できない場合は、広告による復旧は行われません。元の学習履歴は保持します。
The app provider restores the streak when the ad SDK reports that the viewing reward has been earned. Simply closing an ad does not earn a reward. Ending the ad before earning the reward, or an ad being unavailable because of connectivity, consent settings, ad inventory, or other reasons, does not restore the streak through an ad. Your existing learning history is retained.
特典獲得後に復旧の保存に失敗した場合は、端末に保存した獲得記録を使い、次回起動時やクイズ画面を開いたときなどに再保存を試みます。同じ獲得記録で特典を重複して付与することはありません。特典はこの端末の学習記録にのみ適用され、事前に貯めたり、他の人へ譲渡したり、現金へ交換したりすることはできません。端末内のデータを削除すると、未保存の特典や学習記録を失う場合があります。
If saving the restoration fails after a reward is earned, the app retains the earned-reward record on the device and retries, including on the next launch or when you open the quiz screen. The same reward record is not applied twice. Rewards apply only to this device’s learning record and cannot be stockpiled, transferred, or exchanged for cash. Deleting on-device data may also remove pending rewards and learning records.
広告配信にはGoogle AdMobを使用します。広告に関するデータの取り扱いはプライバシーポリシー第10項をご確認ください。広告のリンク先には、移動先の規約とプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
Ads are served through Google AdMob. See Section 10 of the Privacy Policy for ad-related data processing. Ad destinations are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
