Android Privacy Policy
1. 適用範囲
本ポリシーはAndroid版「シンプル自作英単語帳」に適用されます。iOS版には別のポリシーが適用されます。
This policy applies to the Android edition of My Wordbook. The iOS edition is governed by a separate policy.
2. 端末内データ
リスト名、言語ペア、単語、訳、チェック状態、訳の表示状態、並び順、設定、チュートリアル状態等を端末内に保存します。Android版はアカウント、クラウド同期、export/restoreを提供せず、自動バックアップも無効です。単語帳内容を開発者サーバーへアップロードしません。端末内データはユーザーが削除するかアンインストールするまで保持されます。
List names, language pairs, terms, meanings, learning states, ordering, settings, and tutorial state are stored on-device. Android has no account, cloud sync, export, or restore, and automatic backup is disabled. Wordbook content is not uploaded to the Developer's server. On-device data remains until deleted or the app is uninstalled.
3. オンデバイス翻訳
Google ML Kit On-device Translation APIを使用します。入力と翻訳結果は端末内で処理され、開発者の翻訳サーバーへ送信されません。ML Kitはモデル、修正、ハードウェア互換性情報を取得するためGoogleへ接続し、性能・利用指標を送信する場合があります。モデル取得には通信と端末容量を使います。
Google ML Kit On-device Translation processes input and translations on-device; they are not sent to the Developer's translation server. ML Kit may contact Google for models, fixes, hardware-compatibility information, and performance or utilization metrics. Model downloads use network data and storage.
4. 更新確認
GET /update/androidへ接続します。body、単語、訳、言語ペア、credentialは送信しません。HTTPS通信に伴うIPアドレス、User-Agent、route、status等がAPI Gateway access logへ記録され、現行設定では14日保持されます。Play In-App Updatesの利用時、Google Playがアプリversionや端末metadata等を処理する場合があります。
The app calls GET /update/android without a body, words, meanings, language pair, or credentials. Normal HTTPS access can record IP address, User-Agent, route, and status in API Gateway logs, currently retained for 14 days. Google Play may process app-version and device metadata for Play In-App Updates.
5. Firebase Analytics
画面閲覧、ボタン操作、app-instance ID、アプリ・端末情報、およびmasked IPから導出されるおおよその地域等を分析します。開発者定義のcustom eventへ単語、訳、例文、検索語、リスト名を送りません。広告ID収集と広告personalization signalは無効です。Googleがその方針に従って処理します。
Firebase Analytics processes screen views, button actions, an app-instance ID, app/device information, and approximate region derived from a masked IP address. Developer-defined custom events do not contain terms, meanings, examples, search queries, or list names. Advertising-ID collection and ad-personalization signals are disabled. Google processes this data under its policies.
6. Web検索・読み上げ
ユーザーがWeb検索を選んだ場合だけ検索語を外部browserまたは検索providerへ渡し、そのproviderの方針が適用されます。読み上げはOSまたはユーザー選択のTTS engineを使用し、providerによってtextやtechnical informationを外部処理する場合があります。マイクを使う機能ではありません。
Only when the user chooses web search is the query passed to an external browser or search provider. Speech uses the OS or user-selected TTS engine, which may process text or technical information externally. This is not a microphone feature.
7. 広告
現行Android版にAdMob SDKや広告表示はなく、広告IDも使用しません。将来広告を導入する場合は、必要な同意、store申告、Data Safety、本ポリシーを更新します。
The current Android edition has no AdMob SDK or ads and does not use the advertising ID. If ads are introduced, required consent, store disclosures, Data Safety, and this policy will be updated.
8. 利用目的・保持・削除・安全管理
データは機能提供、品質改善、利用分析、障害調査、不正防止に利用します。端末内データは設定画面から削除できます。server logは上記期間保持し、provider側の保持は各providerの方針に従います。合理的な安全管理を行いますが絶対的な安全は保証しません。
Data is used to provide features, improve quality, analyze usage, investigate incidents, and prevent abuse. On-device data can be deleted in Settings. Server-log retention is described above; provider retention follows each provider's policy. Reasonable safeguards are used, but absolute security is not guaranteed.
9. 子ども・変更・問い合わせ
本アプリは13歳未満を対象としていません。機能、法令、第三者serviceの変更に応じて本ポリシーを改定することがあります。問い合わせ: shiba6v2 (at) gmail.com
