Android Terms of Service
1. 適用と同意
本規約はAndroid版に適用されます。利用開始により本規約とAndroid版プライバシーポリシーに同意したものとみなします。
These terms apply to the Android edition. By using the app, you agree to these terms and the Android Privacy Policy.
2. 機能とデータ
Android版にAI例文生成、cloud sync、export、restoreはありません。単語帳データは端末内に保存され、backupと機種変更時の移行はユーザーの責任です。アンインストールや端末故障で失われる場合があります。
Android has no AI example generation, cloud sync, export, or restore. Wordbook data is stored on-device. Users are responsible for backups and migration, and data may be lost through uninstall or device failure.
3. 翻訳
翻訳モデル取得は通信料とstorageを使用し、その費用はユーザーが負担します。翻訳の正確性、完全性、自然さを保証しません。学業、業務、契約、医療等の重要用途では別の信頼できる情報源で確認してください。
Translation-model downloads use network data and storage at the user's expense. Translation is not guaranteed accurate, complete, or natural. Verify important academic, professional, contractual, medical, or similar use with other reliable sources.
4. 第三者serviceと提供停止
Google ML Kit、Firebase、Google Play、AWS、外部browser、検索service、TTS provider等に依存します。障害、通信、仕様・規約変更等で機能が停止・制限される場合があります。永続提供、無停止、無誤謬、特定目的への適合を保証しません。
The app depends on Google ML Kit, Firebase, Google Play, AWS, external browsers, search services, and TTS providers. Features may stop or be limited by outages, connectivity, or specification/policy changes. Continuous, uninterrupted, error-free operation or fitness for a particular purpose is not guaranteed.
5. 禁止事項
- 法令または第三者の権利を侵害する行為
- 不正access、認証回避、脆弱性の悪用
- 過剰な自動request、service妨害、過度な負荷
- 適用法で許される範囲を超えるreverse engineering
Users must not violate laws or third-party rights; gain unauthorized access, bypass authentication, or exploit vulnerabilities; send excessive automated requests or disrupt the service; or reverse engineer beyond applicable law.
6. 外部link、広告、有料化
外部link、browser、検索先の内容、安全性、可用性を保証しません。現行Android版に広告はありません。将来広告や有料機能を導入する場合はアプリ内またはstoreで条件を明示します。
External links, browsers, and search destinations are not guaranteed for content, safety, or availability. The current Android edition has no ads. Future ads or paid features will disclose applicable terms in the app or store.
7. 知的財産・変更・終了
アプリ、design、program、文章等の権利は提供者または正当な権利者に帰属します。ユーザー入力の権利はユーザーまたは正当な権利者に留保されます。アプリ・規約を変更し、またはserviceを終了する場合があります。
Rights in the app, design, software, and text belong to the provider or lawful owners. Rights in user input remain with the user or lawful owner. The app and terms may change, and service may end.
8. 責任制限・年齢
責任は、故意・重大な過失や適用される消費者保護法が別途定める場合を除き、適用法で許される範囲に限定されます。本アプリは13歳未満を対象としていません。
Liability is limited only as permitted by applicable law, without excluding intent, gross negligence, or non-waivable consumer protections. The app is not directed to children under 13.
9. 準拠法・管轄・問い合わせ
日本法に準拠します。強行法規が別途定める場合を除き、東京地方裁判所を第一審の合意管轄とします。問い合わせ: shiba6v2 (at) gmail.com
